Changes in Service Tariff
Dear Colleagues!
By this present letter we notify you that by order of the director of FIPS, organization subordinated by the RosPatent, from 10th April, 2009 ¹ 135/36 «changes are made in Tariffs for the services given by Federal official organization« Federal institute of the industrial property of Federal Agency of intellectual property ».
In connection with initiating in action of IV part of the Civil Code, and also in connection with initiating in action since December, 30th, 2008 of the Governmental order of the Russian Federation that on December, 10th 2008ã. «About the Position statement about patent and other duties on fulfillment legally significant the action, connected with the patent for the invention, useful model, an industrial pattern, with the state registration of a trade mark and a service mark, with the state registration and granting of the exclusive right to the name a place of an origin of the goods, and also with the state registration of transition of exclusive rights to other persons and contracts on the order these rights.

I. PRELIMINARY SEARCH ON IDENTITY AND SIMILARITY |
Verbal designation:

Graphic designation:

Specified term – term of reception of results from FIPS + 1 – 2 days on processing, the analysis of results and report preparation. Term of granting of the report proportionally increases depending on the chosen term of search.
