08.09.2006 - Microsoft hires intellectual property rights lawyer Microsoft Russia, LLC announced appointment of Alexander Strah intellectual property protection lawyer in Russia and CIS. He will manage the issues of using Microsoft corporation intellectual property and will prepare proposals of current legislation improvement.
Mr. Strah is graduate of Belarus State University Law Department (1993). He got his LLM at Houston University, USA in 1994. Before his job in Microsoft Mr. Strah worked in international law firms in Russia and abroad specializing in intellectual property, commercial and corporate law. He takes active part in preparation of legislative proposals aimed at regulating relations connected with intellectual property, Internet and computer information crimes.
